Healing Through Creativity, Connection, and Compassion. Whether it's depression, anxiety, PTSD, emotional or behavioral challenges, family transitions, or addiction—my approach is trauma-informed, strength-based, and deeply compassionate. I welcome individuals of all genders, ethnicities, orientations, life experiences, and backgrounds.
